EQUIPPING

NEW MEMBERS

Group or one-on-one study for introducing the gospel as preached and taught at Emmanuel. Interactive opportunity to inquire and learn.

CADETS & KINGDOM SEEKERS

Interactive boys and girls clubs for learning about God’s word and skill-building along with peers.

CATECHISM TEACHING

Instruction of youth and adults (typically grades 7 to 12) in the confessions and teachings of our church.

YOUTH GROUP

Bible study, worship, and fellowship with the youth of Emmanuel Church. (typically 15 years of age to early 20’s) Opportunities to attend regional events.

YOUNG ADULTS

Bible study, worship, and fellowship with the young adults of Emmanuel Church (early 20s through 30ish).

WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY

Evening and morning mid-week Bible study geared toward women at all stages of life. Typically using a study book for guidance through a portion of scripture. Beautiful time of fellowship.

MEN'S BIBLE STUDY

Saturday morning and Wednesday evening Bible study for men of all ages, working through portions of the Bible discussing the teachings and applications.

SMALL GROUPS

Groups of the congregation, that are a cross section of the members. Allows for old and young to grow in fellowship and encourage each other living a life in Christ.

OUTREACH

CHAPEL TALK

Chapel talks & sing-along for the citizens of Riverside Glen Seniors Residence and Eden House Care Facility. Provides the gospel message and opportunity to sing in worship.

ESL PROGRAM

Working alongside Living Word CanRC to host an English as a Second Language program. Providing a helpful service as well as an opportunity for fellowship.

BRAMPTON MISSION

Supporting local gospel outreach in the Brampton & Toronto communities through the Grace Canadian Reformed Church.

STREETLIGHT

Supporting Streetlight Christian Church in downtown Hamilton. Spreading the gospel through regular church services as well as children's programming and Bible study.

ERQ

Supporting the translation of Christian materials into French for use in Quebec and globally in French speaking countries.

TIMOTHY PROJECT

Supporting the distribution of resources and study material to those seeking to study the word of God in parts of Africa lacking theological seminary.

MERF

Supporting the gospel message through the indigenous workers of the Middle East Reformed Fellowship. Establishing churches in Arabic and primarily Muslim countries.

PNG MISSION

Supporting the gospel message through missionary support for teaching at the Reformed Bible College in Papua New Guinea.

SERVING

ANCHOR HOMES

Providing a home and supporting adults with developmental disabilities, physical, social, emotional and mental impairment.

SAFE FAMILIES

Providing assistance to families in crisis in our community. Children in these situations are provided with a safe and caring environment and the parents are given the support they need.

ROYAL CITY MISSION

Royal City Mission, is a drop-in center in Guelph, Ontario that serves meals, offers worship services, and provides support to those in need. Emmanuel supports in regularly assisting in meal prep and serving.

MICHAEL HOUSE

Supporting Michael House as they provide shelter and support to pregnant and parenting women and their children in need.

HOPE HOUSE

Provides immediate relief and ongoing support to those in Guelph in times of need. Emmanuel supports with bi-monthly food donations to Hope House operating in downtown Guelph.

CANADIAN REFORMED WORLD RELIEF FUND

The Canadian Reformed World Relief Fund provides relief and support to communities in development and especially through challenging disaster relief and rehabilitation.

MEAL TRAIN

Supporting each other in our congregation with meals in their times of need.
